I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, picking me up from the station and driving me to the city when I needed. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the hotel's public bath offered a great variety of shampoos and conditioners. Additionally, the location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to the city's main attractions.
Nothing.

We enjoyed the spacious room and the beautiful natural surroundings of the hotel. The breakfast was sufficient and offered tasty options. The hotel provided free parking, which was a plus.
The hotel was located far from the city center and it was difficult to get there without a car. Although there was a shuttle service, it was only available during check-in and check-out, making it inconvenient for those who wanted to fully enjoy the Kinosakionsen town at night. Additionally, the hotel hot spring was a bit disappointing since it was not very clean and the facilities for pets were not clearly advertised.

The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, evident in the well-maintained rooms that offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed having a veranda that overlooked the picturesque river, providing a peaceful and relaxing setting. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, offering a great start to our day of exploring.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we have no complaints.

The suite was spacious and had a great balcony view of the river. We also enjoyed having access to the hotel bath, which had a variety of shampoo and conditioner options to choose from. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They even picked us up from the station and offered shuttle service to the nearby town.
The hotel was located far from town and there was only one nearby restaurant. Although the shuttle service was convenient, it was a bit inconvenient to rely solely on it for transportation.
